Welcome to the Chadwick Guesthouse. Our beautiful property dates back 100 years and has recently been refurbished throughout. The Chadwick Overlooks open parkland and is in walking distance to the town centre, shops restaurants and the nightlife of Middlesbrough. The University of Teesside is on the doorstep. The Chadwick is easily accessible by all the major travel routes. The railway station is only 10 minutes away. Durham Tees Valley International Airport is 20 miles away to which you can travel to and from Europe daily. Middlesbrough Football Club is also a 15 minute walk away. The Chadwick is easily accessible by motorway and is only minutes from A19/A1

The Chadwick is a family run business with multi-lingual staff, speaking English, Italian and French. Since taken over, The Chadwick has been awarded two diamond star rating, making very affordable clean accommodation. We are recommended in the English book of Bed and Breakfast. The Chadwick has seven bedrooms, all supplied with tea/coffee, colour TV and towels. We have a large lounge with Colour TV and dinning room including drinks machine and public telephone for client use.

Taxi to and from the airport and meals are available on request with prior notice to the management. Also Secure private car park avaiable at rear of the property available with
prior booking with management.
